Faith-Filled Fine Jewelry by Emery Elise & Eli Kenneth † 1913

Welcome to our official FAQ. Below, you’ll find answers to the most common questions about our fine jewelry collections in gold, platinum, and sterling silver. Whether you're shopping for a milestone gift, an heirloom piece, or a symbol of lasting faith, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

Where is your fine jewelry made?

Our fine jewelry is made in the United States by certified master jewelers at a facility with over 70 years of manufacturing excellence. Every piece is handcrafted using ethically sourced materials, guided by precision, purpose, and faith.

“Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord.” - Colossians 3:23

*Our Everyday Faith † Fashion Jewelry line is manufactured and supplied by our trusted overseas partners - making it affordable and fun.

What metals do you use in your jewelry?

We offer fine jewelry in solid 10K, 14K, and 18K gold, platinum, and sterling silver. No gold plating or fillers unless clearly labeled. These are heirloom-quality materials, meant to be worn, remembered, and passed down.

Are your diamonds real?

Yes. We use 100% genuine diamonds - most are natural, conflict-free stones. Select pieces may feature certified lab-grown diamonds with identical beauty and structure. Each product description clarifies the type used.

What gemstones do you use?

We offer real sapphires, emeralds, rubies, and premium colored gemstones - never glass-filled or synthetic unless noted. Each is carefully chosen for clarity, cut, and spiritual symbolism.

How is your jewelry different from other brands?

Our fine jewelry pieces are made in the U.S., not mass-produced overseas. We bypass traditional markups to bring you premium, faith-centered fine jewelry - designed with meaning, built to last.

Can I try your jewelry on before buying?

We do not maintain in-store inventory. Each piece is made-to-order and shipped directly from our trusted U.S. manufacturing partner. We encourage reviewing the measurements on each product page and comparing them to a piece you own for scale.

How does sizing work for rings, chains, and bracelets?

Every individual is beautifully unique, and fit will vary. Product pages include precise measurements. For best results, compare to jewelry you already wear or visit a local jeweler to confirm your ring or wrist size before ordering.

What if I order the wrong size?

Because most items are made to order, we recommend sizing carefully in advance. Many rings and some bracelets cannot be resized. Mis-ordered sizing is not considered a defect. When in doubt, ask us.

Do you offer jewelry resizing or repairs?

As we have recently shifted to a fully e-commerce model - we do not currently offer resizing or repair services. However, your local jeweler may be able to assist. We recommend consulting with them prior to purchase if you have sizing concerns.

Do you sell vintage or estate jewelry?

Yes. We occasionally release estate pieces from legacy brands like Tiffany & Co., Cartier, and Van Cleef & Arpels. These are final sale and one of a kind.

Do you offer custom jewelry?

Yes - we offer CAD Design and custom jewelry through our NYC partner.  We do not offer full custom design services on our finished jewelry. Contact us for guidance or special requests at admin.emeryelise.com.

Do you offer engravings?

We don't currently offer engraving on our finished fine jewelry pieces.  Stay tuned for future engraving options.

How long does shipping take?

Our in stock fine jewelry ships within 2 business days.  Most out of stock made-to-order items ship within 2 to 3 weeks.  Personalized or engraved items may take longer.  Fashion jewelry typically ships in 1 to 2 weeks.  Please note - estimates are not guarantees.

Is your jewelry insured during shipping?

Yes. All shipments are insured while in transit. High-value pieces may require a signature upon delivery for your protection.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. If you're overseas and interested in a piece, contact us - we may be able to accommodate special requests.

Can I return or exchange a piece?

We accept returns on most unworn, non-custom pieces within 7 days. Custom, engraved, and estate pieces are final sale. We do not offer direct exchanges - please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Is your jewelry covered by a warranty?

Yes. All items include a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage. If there’s an issue, contact us with photos and your order number.

Can I get a certificate or appraisal with my purchase?

Appraisals may be available upon request for high-value pieces. Estate and certified diamond items include documentation where applicable.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

We offer payment plans through Shop Pay Installments, which is available at checkout on eligible orders. Approval, payment terms, and installment options are handled directly by Shop Pay and their payment partners. We do not offer in-house financing, but this is a convenient and secure way to split your purchase over time.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes. Every order arrives in a beautiful, gift-ready box with no pricing inside. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, baptisms, or holiday gifts.

Can I send a gift directly to someone else?

Absolutely. Just enter the recipient’s name and address at checkout.

Do you offer promotions or coupon codes?

We occasionally run private promotions for email subscribers and returning customers. Join our newsletter for early access to exclusive offers.

How do I care for my fine jewelry?

Clean gently with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cloths, and ultrasonic cleaners unless your piece is specifically rated safe for them.

What if my jewelry gets damaged or lost?

We recommend insuring high-value items through a provider like Jewelers Mutual or adding them to your homeowner’s policy. While the shipper covers your items while in-transit, we are not liable for post-delivery loss or damage.

Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?

Yes, we work with ministries, churches, and organizations seeking meaningful gifts. Contact us to discuss volume orders or curated gifting options.

How can I contact customer service?
