4. Shipping and Fulfillment
All jewelry orders are either made-to-order or fulfilled by trusted U.S.-based or overseas manufacturing partners.

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen events.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be canceled within 5 days of purchase with no penalty. After this period, production begins and materials are committed. Cancellations requested after the 5-day window but prior to shipment will incur a 5% processing and administrative fee, deducted from any refund issued. Once an order has shipped, it is deemed final sale and not eligible for cancellation or refund.
5. Risk of Loss
Once your order is handed to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and title transfer to you as the customer.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of fine jewelry, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
We do not accept returns for:

Damage claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery and include photographic evidence. Approved claims will be eligible for store credit or replacement.
7. Ring Sizing Responsibility
It is your responsibility to confirm the correct ring size before ordering. We highly recommend visiting a local jeweler or using a professional ring sizer. We do not offer refunds or free resizing for incorrect sizing.
8. Fraud, Non-Payment & Chargebacks
Unauthorized disputes or fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued under applicable laws. By placing an order, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before filing a dispute with your payment provider.
We reserve the right to block or ban users suspected of fraud, abuse, or repeated non-payment.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content - including text, images, branding, and product descriptions - is the exclusive property of EKEP Group, LLC. Reproduction or misuse is strictly prohibited without written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, EKEP Group, LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or purchase of our products.

We use solid 14K and 18K gold, platinum, and sterling silver. We never sell gold-plated or filled pieces unless clearly labeled. Every item is heirloom quality, built to be worn, remembered, and passed down.
Yes. We use 100% genuine diamonds – most are natural, conflict-free stones. Some designs feature certified lab-grown diamonds with identical beauty and durability. Each product page clearly states the diamond type.

Every piece includes precise measurements. We recommend confirming your ring or wrist size with a jeweler before purchase. Mis-ordered sizes are not considered defects.
As we have transitioned to a fully e-commerce jeweler - we do not currently resize or repair, but your local jeweler may be able to assist.
Yes. We regularly offer estate and vintage pieces from brands like Tiffany & Co., Cartier, and Van Cleef & Arpels. These are one-of-a-kind and final sale.
Yes - we offer CAD design services for fully custom fine jewelry through our NYC partner. We charge a small design fee which is applied toward your custom jewelry purchase.
Engraving is available on select special-order pieces via our Sacred Vault.
Most in-stock fine jewelry ships within 2 business days. Out-of-stock, personalized and made-to-order pieces typically take 2 - 3 weeks to craft and will be communicated with you. Shipments are insured in transit.
Currently U.S. only, but we can review international requests individually.
Returns accepted on most unworn, non-custom pieces within 7 days. Custom, engraved, and estate items are final sale.
Yes – a limited warranty covers manufacturing defects (not normal wear or misuse). Contact us within 14 days.
