🔒 GENERAL POLICY
At Emery Elise † 1913, each piece of fine jewelry is made with care right here in the U.S.A. through our U.S.-based manufacturers. We prioritize quality, integrity, and transparency in every shipment. Our fashion jewelry offerings are sourced from our friends overseas.
🚚 STANDARD SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
Most in-stock fine jewelry orders ship within 2 business days, depending on item type and availability - with delivery typically in 3 to 5 days.
Custom, out-of-stock, or personalized fine jewelry pieces typically ship in 2-3 weeks and will be communicated accordingly via email.
Fashion jewelry is imported and ships within 2 to 3 weeks. Any delay will be promptly communicated to you.
We do not guarantee delivery dates under any circumstances. All timelines are estimates and may vary based on availability, order volume, and carrier delays.
✨ ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Processing begins after payment is authorized and verified.
Orders with multiple items may ship in partial deliveries depending on availability.
❌ ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Most in-stock items ship next day. Because of this fast turn-around cancelation requests are not typically granted.
Each Emery Elise † 1913 custom, special order and made-to-order piece is crafted to order. Customers may cancel their custom order within 24 hours of purchase at no cost. After 24 hours, your order enters production and materials are allocated.
If you request a cancellation after this 24 hour window but before shipment, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover non-refundable payment and supplier costs.
Once your order has shipped, it is considered final sale and cannot be canceled.
📦 SHIPPING METHODS
We partner with trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Shipping method is selected based on item value, location, and order type to ensure the safest, most reliable delivery.
🌍 SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship to verified U.S. addresses only.

💎 SIGNATURE REQUIRED
Orders over $500 typically require a signature upon delivery for security. Ensure someone is available to receive the package at your shipping address.
📮 LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
We are not liable for delays or losses caused by:

Customs or transit interruptions
We will assist in filing claims or tracking requests as needed, but ultimate responsibility lies with the shipping provider once the order leaves our facility or partner warehouse.

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update in the carrier’s system.
