Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns on most non-custom, unworn jewelry within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging and inserts intact. Customer is responsible for return shipping- shipment must be insured for the total invoice value.
The following items are not eligible for return:

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery by contacting us via contact us page. Return authorization and instructions will be provided if the item is eligible.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Trackable shipping insured to the full invoice amount is required. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If a different item is desired, the original purchase must be returned (if eligible), and a new order placed.
Ring sizing is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend confirming size through a local jeweler or professional sizing tool prior to purchase. Incorrect size orders are not considered defects and may not be eligible for return or resizing.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received, inspected, and approved. Processing may take 5–7 business days after the return is received.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, notice must be given within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photos must be provided for resolution. Damaged or defective items are not subject to fees and will be replaced with same item.
Returned items are subject to a 5% restocking and administrative processing fee.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements or to apply a restocking fee of up-to 20% in cases of unauthorized, late, or incomplete returns. All returned items are inspected by our quality department.

Yes - we offer CAD design services for fully custom fine jewelry through our NYC partner. We charge a small design fee which is applied toward your custom jewelry purchase.
Engraving is available on select special-order pieces via our Sacred Vault.
Most in-stock fine jewelry ships within 2 business days. Out-of-stock, personalized and made-to-order pieces typically take 2 - 3 weeks to craft and will be communicated with you. Shipments are insured in transit.
