Return Policy

We understand that meaningful purchases deserve thoughtful policies. We accept returns on most non-custom, unworn jewelry within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, sellable condition with all packaging and inserts included.


Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are considered final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Custom or engraved jewelry

  • Personalized items

  • Vintage and estate jewelry

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • Items not returned with original packaging


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through our Contact Us page. If eligible, you will receive return authorization and instructions.

Shipping Your Return

Customers are responsible for return shipping. We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping services. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please submit a return request (if eligible), then place a new order separately.


Ring Sizing Disclaimer

Ring sizing is the buyer’s responsibility. Please confirm your size through a local jeweler or with a professional sizing tool prior to purchase. Incorrect sizing is not considered a defect and may not qualify for return or resizing.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing once the return is received and approved.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will address the issue promptly and fairly.


Right to Refuse Returns

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns that do not meet policy criteria

  • Apply a restocking fee for unauthorized, late, or incomplete returns

  • Inspect all returned items before final approval
